Order Status

You will receive an automated email from us to confirm that your order has been submitted successfully. You will receive an additional email from our shipping provider when your order has shipped.

You can email us at shipping@kolachefactory.com with general questions, special requests, or changes to a future order, such as adding items, deleting items, or changing the shipping date. Please include your name, the order number, and the date the order was placed in any correspondence with us.

Holiday Notices

THANKSGIVING

Final day to place order is Sunday, November 24, 2024 to guarantee shipping before Thanksgiving. Any order received after this date will ship on Monday, December 2, 2024.

CHRISTMAS

Final day to place order is Friday, December 20, 2024 by NOON CST to guarantee shipping before Christmas. Any order received after this date will ship the following Monday, December 30, 2024.

NEW YEAR'S

Final day to place order is Friday, December 27, 2024 by NOON CST to guarantee shipping before New Year’s Day. Any order received after this date will ship the following Thursday, January 2, 2025.


Cancellations

Should it become necessary to cancel an order, contact us at 855-KOLACHE immediately. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS VIA EMAIL. Please have the name on the order, the order number, and the date the order was placed available when requesting a cancellation.

To avoid charges, the order must be cancelled before 12:00 p.m. CST on the business day prior to its scheduled ship date. If the scheduled ship date is a Monday, the order must be cancelled prior to 12:00 p.m. CST on the previous Friday.

You will not be charged to cancel an order that has not been sent to our kitchen for preparation. Once an order has been baked off, charges up to the full amount of the order may apply.

We cannot guarantee packages will arrive on time due to bad weather. We highly recommend delaying your package arrival if flooding or heavy winter storms are expected in your area.


Shipping Information

We only ship Mon.-Thur., and require 24 hours advance notice. Orders must be received before 12:00PM CST for shipment the following day. Example: We receive your order at 11:30AM CST on Monday. The package will ship on Tuesday and should arrive at destination on Wednesday.

We will make every effort in our partnership with FedEx to make sure that your package is delivered in a timely and safe manner; however, we cannot take responsibility in the event a package is delayed by the carrier, not picked up by recipient or stolen if no one is home to receive package. When sending a gift package, we suggest making the recipient aware a perishable item is on its way. Refunds on freight can only be provided if FedEx credits us back which they will not do if delays are caused by weather or unforeseen circumstances, therefore in most cases we cannot refund any freight charges. Please kindly remember once the package leaves our warehouse it is in the hands of the carrier.

Orders received after 12:00PM CST on Thursday will not ship until the following Monday. Orders received after 12:00PM CST on Friday will not ship until the following Tuesday.

All packages are shipped for overnight delivery. Note that overnight delivery to remote destinations may take two days to arrive.

We do not ship to Hawaii or Puerto Rico.

We observe all major holidays. Please be aware of this when placing your order, as it could affect your package arrival.
