Crew Member
Our Shift Leaders lead the way on-site while our managers are occupied elsewhere. They guide everyone to ensure products are available for purchase and quality customer service is being provided. Responsibilities include opening/closing, receiving and accounting of distributor orders, handling customer issues, and ensuring a clean, fully-stocked store during operating hours. Shift Leader
As we grow, we’re always looking for well-rounded individuals who are prompt, like challenges, enjoy collaborating with others, and share passion for quality service. On top of expectations for crew members and shift leaders, responsibilities include expanding sales efforts and accomplishing cost-related goals in food and labor. Some must-have qualities for managing the front store and back office are excellent communication skills and successful management tactics. Computer skills are required.
