Dear Valued Customer,

Kolache Factory is, and always has been, committed to protecting the health and wellbeing of our customers and employees. 

We are closely monitoring the response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), and following the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization. 

Although our standard cleaning practices are diligent, we feel it is important to share some of the additional steps we are taking to protect our customers and employees and prevent the spread of the virus.

 In Our Stores

• We have installed additional hand sanitizer dispensers in dining areas and bathrooms. 

• We have increased cleaning efforts to a minimum of every 2 hours or more, depending on traffic.

• We are increasing our focus on cleaning major high-traffic areas like coffee stations, counters, windows, doors and tables, as well as bathroom doors and all door handles. 

• Employees are expected to wear one pair of gloves per station. In other words, they cannot go from station to station using the same gloves.                                                                                   

 For Our Employees

All employees are still to wear gloves and employees who are vaccinated are given the option to go mask less or continue to wear them if that makes them feel more comfortable. We can continue to take our employee and customer safety very seriously and are always monitoring the situation.

• All employees have been addressed of the seriousness of this pandemic by supervisors, managers, and the corporate office to ensure the entire company is on the same page on how to handle personnel and store operations.

• All employees are encouraged to be vigilant in monitoring their own health and wellbeing.

• All employees have been asked to stay home if they are sick and will be sent home if they display any symptoms of illness. 

• Employees have access to hand sanitizer behind the counter. 

• All employees are required to wash their hands multiple times a day for at least 20 seconds.

We encourage our customers to also follow the CDC’s suggested hygiene practices to reduce the spread of the virus.

At Kolache Factory, our people, families and communities always come first. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates through our social media channels and website regarding any changes to our hours. At this time all stores remain open during normal business hours.
